Abstract

One of four technical reports produced for the World Bank study on Nigeria's readiness for REDD+ (Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and forest Degradation), delivered to the Federal Ministry of Environment. A Strategic Environmental and Social Assessment examines the environmental and social implications of a programme's strategic options before they are adopted.
