Process Framework (PF) for Nigeria REDD+ Readiness, 2018

Abstract

One of four technical reports produced for the World Bank study on Nigeria's readiness for REDD+ (Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and forest Degradation), delivered to the Federal Ministry of Environment. A Process Framework sets out how communities whose access to natural resources may be restricted by a programme take part in decisions about those restrictions and their mitigation.
